Olive green plastic torch with black metal clips. The bottom unscrews. It is embossed with 'CHINA' on the bottom and a small black sticker with 'C.P. Company' in white lettering on the top. To be worn with Urban Protection Light Jacket WMA.2016.287.1 attached to the front.

Dark olive or khaki green double breasted coat with six attached solar panels. The photovoltaic panels are cased in long rectangle holders edged in dark brown synthetic leather with clear fronts. The removable panels attach to cables threaded through black plastic stoppers to the inside of the coat where they can be plugged into lithium rechargeable batteries (missing) which sit in small pockets sewn to the inside of the coat. There are loops sewn to the inside lining to keep the cables tidy. Included with the coat is a USB torch and a USB cable.

It has a wide turn down collar made of whipcord cotton and the main body of the coat is made of cotton and polyester mix with a polyurethane coating. The lapels turn down and both have button holes at the top. The coat has four pairs of dark mottled brown plastic buttons and fastens with four buttons. It has two inset pockets at the waist with wide flaps in a darker olive green fabric. The cuffs have wide bands of cotton webbing that fasten with two small dark mottled brown buttons. It has a long vent in the centre back and checked shoulder yoke lining. The lower half of the lining is silver coated material which attaches to the outer layer with press studs to hide the cables and batteries. The bottom section of the coat has been lined in a sewn down panel of bright orange fabric.
